September is Global Certification Month. We know that for many marketers, the upcoming Q4 holiday shopping season is incredibly important so we want to get as many of our clients fully trained so they can go into the quarter with extra confidence and expertise.
The certification test isn’t easy, but for marketers who have been using the platform for a while shouldn’t have much of a problem to pass. Videos and other educational materials are available for each certification track, culminating in a comprehensive certification exam. The goal is simply to make sure that anyone with the certification is truly proficient at Kenshoo.
“The certification program helps our clients realize just how skilled they are in our platform,” says Kara Frasca, Kenshoo’s Education & Enablement CSD, Search. “Sometimes they don’t know just how good they are until they take the test and realize that all of their hard work has really paid off. It’s also a great way for agencies to demonstrate their expertise to their clients on Kenshoo.”
The exams are between 35-40 randomized questions and there is a 60-minute time limit per user. Please note the exams are open book, open application, open notes, and can be taken in group settings. Practitioners must achieve 80%+ to pass.
